About Us

The team at Roskamp & Patterson Management Company has been developing and managing senior living centers for over 25 years with the goal to efficiently provide the highest quality of housing and services to seniors, while enhancing their lifestyle.

Beginning in the 1980's as part of Freedom Group, they have successfully designed, constructed, marketed and managed senior living centers nationally. This success continued through a merger with American Retirement Corporation in 1998, and in 2000 with Roskamp Management Company. Most recently, the team has restructured to focus on communities within Southwest Florida.

Roskamp & Patterson Management Company continues to develop and manage Premier Retirement Communities in Southwest Florida with the on-going goal of providing the highest quality of housing and services to our residents, tenants and unit owners.

Steven Roskamp – Partner

Steve has a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Stetson University. He was a partner in Freedom Group, Inc. and served many roles as the company grew including information system development and oversight of several operating communities. Later he served as Director of Development for American Retirement Corporation, and a partner and managing member of Roskamp Management Company. Steve is currently a partner in Roskamp and Patterson Management Company.

 

 

 

Gregory L. Patterson – Partner

Greg's education includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Stetson University and a Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law. He was an owner in Freedom Group, Inc. and also served as General Counsel. Later he served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development for American Retirement Corporation and a partner and managing member of Roskamp Management Company. Greg is currently a partner in Roskamp and Patterson Management Company.
