Chicken w/ Bacon White Wine Sauce
All White meat Chicken Breast is sautéed with Onions, Bacon, Mushrooms, and a White Wine Sauce.
 
Pork Medallion- Prosciutto  
Tenderized center cut Pork Medallion wrapped in Aged Prosciutto, Seasoned then Pan Seared to lock in Juices, Finished in the oven with a touch of Honey and Nutmeg
 
Steak au Poivre
Trimmed Daily this cut of Sirloin Steak is seasoned and Grilled over an open flame then sliced and served with a Classic Sauce made from Mustard, Sherry, Black Pepper, and Crème Fraîche
 
Filet of Amberjack Du Jour
This White Flesh Saltwater fish can be Grilled, Blackened, Sautéed, or Baked to your Preference. New England Tartar Sauce is served upon request

OMG! Broadway Palm is going blonde! Elle Woods is a big hit on the campus of her LA college. She's got the perfect "East Coast blue blood" boyfriend until he dumps her before heading off to law school at Harvard. Despite her penchant for malls, make-up and tanning, Elle decides to enroll at the same law school. Along the way, Elle teaches the snobs a thing or two about class, self-confidence and courtroom victory. 

Jacaranda Trace celebrated Mother's Day this year with an impressive brunch and live entertainment. We love bringing a smile to the faces of the beautiful mothers that are residents of JT, and most of all, we enjoy making them feel as special as they truly are!

Casa Del Quetzel showed their latest fashions at this year's Spring Fashion Show. Resident models looked great sporting colorful dresses, blouses and pants made from beautiful fabrics. Residents enjoyed the first beach picnic of Spring so much that we decided to do it all again! What's not to enjoy? Maxine Barritt Park boasts glorious views of the Gulf, powdery sand on the shoreline, and tropical breezes. Dining Services provided a picnic-inspired menu, and Kenny Moolinar played the steel drum! One of my favorite childhood memories is of a weekend vacation at the lake in Canada. I attended Vogue Art School, Columbia University and University of Wisconsin (where I majored in Journalism). I was a puppeteer during college, as well. I was also the secretary and treasurer for a radio station. My husband and I have three boys and one girl, ten grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. I grew up as one of four girls. I loved traveling in the Cairibbean, Isreal, Turkey, Greece, Japan and Thailand. I also enjoy gardening, reading, biking, swimming and playng Bridge. I love the warmth Florida offers after living many years in the cold. Who am I?

I remember meeting a cousin who was the same age as I was, and we spent every summer together from them on. That is one of my fondest memories. I attended the University of Wisconsin, where I was a member of an acting group and I majored in Journalism. I have three brothers and one sister, ten grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. My wife and I have been married for 65 years, and together we have three boys and one girl. I enjoy fishing and reading. I saw most of Europe during WWII. I spent many years as a radio/TV director and was also in the Army. Who am I?
