Honey Glazed Chicken w/ Rosemary & Lemon
All Natural Chicken Breast is Seared to lock in Juices, then we take Honey, Rosemary, and freshly Squeezed Lemons to make a flavorful glaze to finish this Dish
 
Wild Rice-Stuffed Pork Loin   
This recipe features Wild Rice and Apricot Stuffing tucked inside a tender Pork Loin then Roasted, Sliced and served with a Pork Gravy
 
Grilled Sirloin Steak w/ Maître d’hôtel Butter
Prime Choice Sirloin Steak is seasoned then grilled over an open flame as you like then sliced and topped 0with Chive Compound Butter
 
Filet of Wahoo (Ono) Du Jour
