Christmas Creamy Egg Nog
 
This rich and creamy drink was especially designed for cold Christmas nights. I stumbled upon this recipe when trying to make Egg Nog for those who are allergic to milk. I came to discovered that its the richest, tastiest, no-cholesterol Egg Nog I've ever tasted! Because there are no raw eggs, it's also safer than the traditional.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups liquid non-dairy creamer
  • 2 (5.1 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup brandy (optional)

Directions

1. Pour the creamer, pudding mix, vanilla, nutmeg and brandy into a blender in that order.
2. Cover and blend for about 1 minute.
3. Pour into glasses.

Chef's Table - Chewy Sugar Cookies

Chewy Sugar Cookies
I love sugar cookies that are crisp on the outside and very chewy on the inside. This recipe can easily be made into snicker doodle cookies by rolling the dough in cinnamon-sugar before baking. I also sometimes add almond extract for a different flavor.

Ingredients
2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
Teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cups margarine
2 cups white sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 cup white sugar for decoration
Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). In a medium bowl, stir together the flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the margarine and 2 cups sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then the vanilla. Gradually stir in the dry ingredients until just blended. Roll the dough into walnut sized balls and roll the balls in remaining 1/4 cup of sugar. Place cookies 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets and flatten slightly.
  3. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, until lightly browned at the edges. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.

All Natural White Meat Chicken Breast is Seared and Topped with Roasted Red Peppers, Artichoke, Black Olives, and Mozzarella Cheese then place in a Hot Oven until Melted
 
Smoked Boston Pork Butt  
The Pork Shoulder traditionally known as Boston Pork Cut is Smoked and Slow Roasted until falling apart, then served with a Natural Pan Gravy
 
Irish Whiskey Flat Iron Steak
