Greek Salad with Feta & Olives Caramelized French Onion Soup
Eggplant Parmesan
Fresh Cut Eggplant is Breaded and Fried until Golden Brown, then Topped with Tomato Sauce and Melted Mozzarella Cheese
Classic Chicken Pot Pie
All Natural Chicken, Carrots, Peas, Onions, and Celery are cooked in a Creamy Sauce, then topped with a Flaky Pie Crust and Baked
Apricot Glazed Pork Tenderloin
Pan Seared and slow Roasted with an Apricot Glaze then sliced and served with an Apricot Chutney
Grilled Strip Steak w/ Crimini Demi Sauce
Certified Black Angus Strip loin is cut to order and Grilled on an open flame, then served with a Baby Portabella Demi Sauce
Filet of Tilapia Du Jour
This Fresh water fish can be Grilled, Blackened, Sautéed, or Baked to your Preference. New England Tartar Sauce is served upon request
