Chopped Salad Soup Du Jour
Shrimp Cocktail Hearty Vegetable Beef Soup
Stuffed Portabella
Large Wild Mushrooms filled with Fresh Seasonal Balsamic Roasted Vegetables, Feta Cheese, Fresh Mozzarella, and Garlic Croutons then Baked and Served with a Bed of Scallion Brown Rice Pilaf and Red Pepper Coulis
Roasted Airline Chicken Breast
This classic cut of Chicken Breast with the wing and skin left on is seared to lock in Juices then finish in the Oven and served with a light Lemon & Chicken Sauce
Fried Pork Steak & Country Gravy
Tender Pork cutlet dredged in flour, egg wash, and Bread crumbs then pan fried and topped with a Country style Gravy
Grilled Rib-eye Steak w/ Sweet Peppers
USDA Choice Rib-eye is hand Cut to order, seasoned, and Grilled on an open flame then sliced and served with Sautéed Garlic & Peppers
Filet of Orange Roughy Du Jour
This White Flesh Saltwater fish can be Grilled, Blackened, Sautéed, or Baked to your Preference. New England Tartar Sauce is served upon request
