Club Members may join a fun-filled class multiple times a week and learn low-stress exercising techniques. Water aerobics is perfect for those suffering with joint related illnesses and has helped many of our residents reverse their symptoms. The instructor finds creative ways to keep participants moving, all while enjoying time in the warm Florida sunshine.
