Jacaranda Trace Crab Louis Salad-House Version of the Classic Seafood Dish with a Slight Twist. Fresh Lump Crab Meat Placed on Top of Shredded Iceberg Lettuce, Garnished with Hard-Boiled Eggs, Blanched Asparagus, Fresh Roasted Red Peppers, Tomato Wedges, Capers, and Lemons and Served with the Classic Louis Sauce.
 
Old Fashioned Smothered Pork Chops-Twin Pork Chops Seasoned and Grilled, Covered with Rich Pork Gravy, then Braised until Fork Tender and Served with Herb and Bacon Cornbread Stuffing and Warm Spiced Apple Rings.
 
Parmesan Encrusted Chicken Breast-Boneless and Skinless All White Meat Chicken Coated with  a Dijon Mustard, White Vinegar, Salt and Pepper Mixture then Rolled in a Finely Ground English Muffin with Shredded Parmesan Cheese and Butter Breading, Baked until Golden Brown then Sliced and Served on a Bed of Baby Greens.
 
Pancetta  Wrapped Filet Mignon-Freshly Cut USDA Choice Steaks from the Beef Tenderloin, Wrapped in Thinly Sliced Italian Bacon, Seasoned and Grilled to your Specifications then Finished with a House made Béarnaise Sauce and a Roasted White Button Mushroom Cap.
 
Jamaican Jerk Salmon with Mango Pineapple Salsa-Fresh Farm Raised Salmon Filet Rubbed with a Seasoning of Allspice, Cumin, Thyme Cayenne Pepper, and Cinnamon, Pan Seared then Finished with a Fresh Mango, Pineapple, and Black Bean Salsa.
 
Filet of Chilean Salmon Du Jour-Fresh Seafood Filet with a Firm Texture and Mild Flavor, Seasoned then Grilled, Baked, Sautéed, Blackened, or Poached to your Preference and Served with Tartar Sauce upon Request. Rice Pilaf is also available upon Request.
 
 
Note: Most Entrees can be served with Sauce on the side upon Request.
           Poached Chicken Breast and Broccoli Florets are available upon Request.
