There is also a personal trainer that comes to our campus twice weekly. Staying fit and active is easy here at the Trace!

Participating in Wii Sports is an excellent way to combine socialization, mind-stimulation, physical fitness and fun! This all-encompassing activity allows residents to enjoy a game of golf, bowling, baseball or tennis in a digital way. Once players get used to playing these "Wii Sports" in an electronic format, they realize how much fun they can have with the aid of technology.

Our Fitness Room boasts all of the equipment one would need to build and tone muscle, but it also includes a ping pong table for a fun match with neighbors and guests. Ping pong can be an amusing way to spend time with friends, and best of all, it is available to our Club Members 24 hours a day! If you're looking for a bit more competition, join an organized game Wednesdays at 3:45 PM.

Low Impact Aerobics is a physical activity suited perfectly for the residents of Jacaranda Trace. This fitness class includes the use of aerobics movement with a routine that puts little stress on joints. Each class is held in our state of the art Fitness Room.
