Welcome home new residents! Happy Hour last Friday night was dedicated to our new Club Members who moved in between the months of October-December. Neighbors got to know one another over cocktails followed by a delicious dinner in our lovely Dining Room.

The annual Fall Fashion Show & Luncheon was a hit with the ladies of Jacaranda Trace. Bon Worth, a local boutique, brought all of their most fashionable looks for our residents to model, and many even found a few items they simply had to purchase! It's time to plate up with turkey and much more at the Jacaranda Trace Thanksgiving Buffet. Residents won't have to worry about preparation and clean up, because our staff has an entire menu of delicious, traditional foods ready for them to enjoy! The elaborate meal will take place in the Dining Room, and of course many plan to bring their family in to celebrate. Happy Thanksgiving from Jacaranda Trace!

Readers Theatre is comprised of a group of JT residents who love to be on stage, make their neighbors laugh, and enjoy performing for a lighthearted crowd. Anyone can get involved and put a smile on the face of the audience. Readers Theatre presents a wonderful show of short skits, monologues and other performance medleys bi-monthly.

I scream! You scream! We all scream for ice cream! The Scoopmobile made its first appearance at Jacaranda Trace this week, and our residents were ready for some sweets. The delicious homemade dessert cooled everyone off and satisfied their sweet-tooth just before the Town Hall meeting.

The Jacaranda Trace community is not simply a place to house to live, it becomes your home. Residents of Barclay Manor hosted Floor Parties for those who live in the building, which brought together old friends, and introduced new faces. This pot-luck event was a high success for the second year in a row. Encouraging residents to be active, involved and social is a top priority at the Trace, and Barclay Floor Parties are one of many ways in which this is put into action.

Holidays are done in style at Jacaranda Trace! Labor Day was celebrated with a scrumptious buffet of all-American classics, and the Auditorium of decorated in patriotic fashion. Friends gathered together for an afternoon of leisure and fellowship.
