Chicken Tuscany
All Natural White Meat Chicken Breast is Seared and Topped with Roasted Red Peppers, Artichokes, Black Olives, and Mozzarella Cheese then placed in a Hot Oven until Melted
Pork Tenderloin w/ Apple Chutney
Trimmed in House and Slow Roasted to bring out the flavor then sliced and served with a Cinnamon Apple Chutney
Grilled Flat Iron Steak w/ Red Wine Sauce
This Cut of Steak is Tenderized, Seasoned, and Grilled over an open Flame then Sliced and Served with a Red Wine Reduction
Filet of Grouper Du Jour
From the Gulf of Mexico this Saltwater Fish can be Sautéed, Baked, Blackened, or Grilled to your Preference. New England Tartar Sauce is served upon request
