Ensuring that our residents feel safe and healthy are two of our top priorities, which is why seated exercise is such a positive activity here at the Trace. Seated exercise allows participants to learn fitness techniques that they can do from the comfort and security of a provided chair. This class is also helpful for residents in scooters and wheelchairs, helping them maintain muscle movement. An all-encompassing fitness program is just one of many benefits of living in the Jacaranda Trace community.
