Technology is constantly changing and evolving, which is why it is so vital that our residents stay plugged in to continually tuning their computer skills. Computer Classes are being offered on two levels, one for beginners-intermediate, the other for intermediate-experts. The instructor takes his time with students, teaching them how to navigate the internet, check emails, and complete other basic computer tasks. Students always become more confident in their computer abilities after this course.

The Signature Lifestyle & Wellness Program has brought forth a wonderful relationship between Jacaranda Trace and the YMCA. Together, they offer Lunch & Learn sessions throughout the year in JT's very own stunning Dining Room. The topic of the most recent Lunch & Learn was "What To Do If A Heart Attack Happens". Heart health is vital, and learning how to prevent, asses and react to such an event is exactly what events like this help our residents with. A light and healthy lunch was also offered along with recipes everyone could take home!

Our partnership with the YMCA through JT's exclusive Signature Lifestyle & Wellness Program allows residents to attend fitness classes at no additional cost. Aerobic Dance is one of many exercise classes offered, and is designed with the senior's body in mind. The instructor gets your blood flowing and your body moving with this fun and energetic class!

The YMCA has partnered with Jacaranda Trace to create our exclusive Signature Lifestyle & Wellness Program. These Lunch & Learn events bring our seniors together the youth of the community, and together, they learn how to stay active and healthy, all while having a great time! Our residents always enjoy nurturing relationships with the kids that attend the summer camps that the YMCA offers. This event also offers a healthy and tasty meal that can be prepared in your own kitchen!

Our Signature Lifestyle & Wellness Program is in partnership with the YMCA. This gives our Club Members the opportunity to attend fitness classes at the YMCA free of charge! Zumba Lite is a class that keeps our seniors specifically, in mind. It has been designed to keep you moving to music without straining your muscles or stamina. These classes are ideal for those interested in combining their love of dance and fitness.
