Housekeeping and Maintenance
Living at Jacaranda Trace means you are able to use your time and energy for the things you want to do.   Part of delivering to you the most  flexibility in your life is making sure that your new home is properly maintained and cleaned.  Our housekeeping and maintenance staff not only cares for all of our common areas, but makes sure that caring for your home is worry free.

Housekeeping
At Jacaranda Trace we have three options on how and how often housekeeping comes to clean your apartment.  This allows you to determine how often you want help in your personal space and how much you spend on this service.  Our first option is weekly housekeeping in which our housekeeper will come to your home and clean your entire apartment. This includes the bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, living room and all floors.  The housekeeper will also change and launder your bed linen and towels in your washing machine during the visit.  Our second option is bi-weekly service with all of the same services as our weekly service.  Some of our residents prefer to clean their apartment themselves but from time to time would like some assistance.  Therefore, we offer ala carte housekeeping service that allows the resident to call and request the service they would like.

Maintenance
One of the headaches of home ownership is making sure that all the systems in your home are working and well maintained.  At Jacaranda Trace our Residents don’t have to worry about such things.  Our staff maintains the air conditioning, electric, plumbing, and emergency response systems in your apartment.  They also maintain all of your appliances and even change your light bulbs.  If you have a problem you simply call our front desk, request service and we will respond in a timely manner.
